Matcha Notify provides automated Discord notifications when premium Japanese matcha products restock on authorized retailer websites. The Service monitors product availability and sends alerts to subscribers via Discord.

3. Subscription and Payment

3.1 Pricing

• Lifetime access: $19.99 USD (one-time payment)
• Payment is processed through Whop, our payment partner

3.2 Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely through Whop
• Prices are subject to change with notice to existing subscribers
• You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase

4. Service Delivery

4.1 Monitoring

• We monitor 25+ premium matcha brands from authorized distributors
• Monitoring is performed 24/7 using automated systems
• We make no guarantees about restock frequency or product availability

4.2 Notifications

• Alerts are delivered via Discord
• You must have a Discord account to receive notifications
• We are not responsible for Discord service interruptions

4.3 No Purchase Guarantee

• Matcha Notify provides notification services only
• We do not guarantee you will be able to purchase products
• We are not responsible for third-party retailer policies, stock levels, or purchasing processes

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when subscribing
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
• Not resell or redistribute notifications received through the Service

6. Discord Integration

6.1 Third-Party Service

• Discord is a third-party service not owned or operated by Matcha Notify
• You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service
• We are not responsible for Discord's service availability or policies

6.2 Server Access

• You will be granted access to our Discord server upon subscription
• We reserve the right to remove users who violate our community guidelines
• Access to the Discord server is contingent on active subscription status

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Ownership

• All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Matcha Notify
• Brand names and logos mentioned belong to their respective owners
• We do not claim ownership of third-party brand trademarks

7.2 Limited License

• We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal use
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of notifications
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Product availability at monitored retailers
• Ability to purchase products after receiving notifications

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MATCHA NOTIFY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Missed restock notifications
• Inability to purchase products
• Third-party retailer actions or policies
• Discord service interruptions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($19.99 USD).

10. Refund Policy

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change the list of monitored brands
• Update these Terms with notice to users
• Suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations

You may cancel your subscription according to our Refund Policy

• We may terminate your access for violating these Terms
• We may discontinue the Service with 30 days notice

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
